Her visionary leadership has transformed BidaTech into a leading technology training and digital transformation company.
Under her executive direction, BidaTech has scaled its operations to serve 500+ students, 50+ MSMEs across 9+ districts with world-class training programs and consulting services. She drives innovation in AI education, cybersecurity expertise, and digital empowerment while maintaining the highest standards of excellence and social responsibility.
Founder & Advisor
Dr. Ashu Sharma is a distinguished researcher and technologist with a PhD from BITS Pilani and postdoctoral research experience from IIT Kanpur. With over 7 years of specialized expertise in cybersecurity — including malware analysis, threat intelligence, and AI-driven security systems — Dr. Sharma founded BidaTech with a singular vision: to ensure that technological advancement reaches every corner of Bundelkhand.
Having experienced firsthand the technology gap between metropolitan cities and regions like Bundelkhand, Dr. Sharma is committed to democratizing access to AI education and cybersecurity expertise.
