Under her executive direction, BidaTech has scaled its operations to serve 500+ students, 50+ MSMEs across 9+ districts with high-impact training programs and business solutions. She drives innovation in AI education, web development, and local enterprise empowerment while maintaining the highest standards of excellence.
Operations & Management
Zaid Ahmed Alvi serves as the Operation Manager at BidaTech Private Limited, driving operational excellence across all our regional service delivery frameworks. He coordinates business workflows, manages resource allocation, and ensures seamless execution of client projects and workforce development cohorts right from our Jhansi operations center.
With a strong focus on process optimization and service quality, Zaid bridges the gap between client requirements and delivery pipelines. He oversees day-to-day operations to ensure that our commercial web builds, AI automation, and training initiatives are delivered efficiently and to the highest industry standards.
